1. Payment options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal express and also online Bank deposit. If you choose Bank deposit you will see our Bank account details on the checkout page and you will also receive them via e-mail. We will post of your order as soon as payment shows up. 

2. Shipping

We ship all orders with Australia post with either regular post, registered post or express post. Regular post within Australia takes approximately 3-4 working days. Express post takes 1-2 working days and costs $10.95. We charge a flat rate postage of $6.95 per order, regardless of order size and free shipping if you spend over $60.00.

International shipping: Just choose international shipping in checkout. We charge a flat rate of $9.95. For larger orders we will insure the parcel at our expence.

3. Exchanges & Returns 

We will happily exchange an unworn item in original packaging within 14 days of return, If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or you have ordered incorrectly, we will happily exchange the item for another item of the same value. Please notify us to the nature of the exchange and also note it will be the buyer's obligation to cover all additional postage costs.
In the rare occurrence that an item is faulty, we urge the purchaser to contact us as soon as the fault is discovered. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of notification for replacement. If the item is found to be faulty Softies will happily pay the shipping costs incurred to replace the faulty item. Any faults found to have been caused through neglect or intentional/unintentional misuse, will instantly void this guarantee.
