A Yes we meet the world standard, and only use lead free leathers in our shoes.
3. What are your payment options?
A We accept Mastercard and Visa. We also have PayPal Express for a very quick checkout. Direct Bank deposit is also available.

5. How do I look after my Softies baby shoes?
A To keep your shoes clean simply wipe them down with a damp cloth.
6. What is your postage rate?
A We charge a flat rate of $6.95 for each order regardless of size and purchases over $60.00 are FREE. We also offer registered post for $9.95 or express post for $10.95. For International postage we charge a flat rate $9.95 per order regardless of size.
7. Do you sell wholesale?

8. What is your exchange and return policy?

9. Can I exchange the size if the shoes do not fit?
A Yes that is no problem. Just write to us from the contact us page and we will arrange that for you.
10. How long are the gift vouchers valid for?
A Gift certificates are valid for 6 months.
11. How do I create a new password?
A If you need to retrieve your password simply click the "i forgot my password button" when logging in and a new one will be sent to your e-mail account. You can also change your password to something you would choose under "manage my account" once you are logged in.

A No you do not have to log into your account, you can simply shop and checkout as a guest.
14. I can't reset my password, can you do it for me?
